It's so easy to fall into old patterns. I suppose that's why they are called patterns. (I knew that college learnin' would smarten me up!) It is difficult - but not impossible - to change them. I am trying to surround myself with positivity, and this is one of my tools. Hopefully, it will become one of yours too. At least that's my hope.
