Thanks to my rededication to publishing this blog, I am bringing up a lot of my own personal demons, that are coming up right now to try and veer me off the path of enlightenment. One method I am trying to use to keep these issues at bay is called Ho’oponopono. This is a Hawaiian healing art, and one that utterly fascinates me, because it is so simple in practice – yet so complex to maintain.
